Penn State wrapped up its nonconference schedule on Saturday with a 52-6 victory at Beaver Stadium.
The Nittany Lion defense turned in another sterling effort, picking off two passes, notching 11 tackles for loss and keeping the Wildcats off the scoreboard until a touchdown on the games final play against the Penn State reserves.
After a bye next weekend, No. 2 Penn State will face its first real test of the season when it hosts No. 4 Oregon to open Big Ten play with a White Out game on Sept. 27.
